"I am a qualified and professional Yoga Teacher, Bodywork Therapist and Yoga Retreat Manager with over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry. I have managed retreat centres in Greece where I have taught and led the wellness team,as well as worked at some of the world's top wellness destinations in Greece and in the U.K. "

Born in the Uk and lived on the Isle of Wight until 13 years old, Lexi then lived in Greece for the best part of 27 years before returning back to the UK just over a year ago. She is currently living in North Cornwall,UK but frequently visits Lymington and the Isle of Wight and also her homeland, Greece.

"My Journey into holistic therapies began back in 2012 when I trained and qualified in Traditional Thai Massage. The very next year I went on to do my first Yoga Teacher Training and since then, I am constantly looking to expand my own personal knowledge of holistic therapies, spiritual practices/philosophies and more modern science-based research related to trauma, mental health and neuroscience."

" Over the last few years,my journey into yoga and spiritual practices has taken a direction into focusing mainly on
Womb Energy based practices. This curiosity, as well as my own journey into understanding my cyclical nature and menstruality, has meant I have felt called to honour this energy even more and support other women on their womb healing journey."
