I am absolutely delighted to be offering YOGA FUNDAMENTALS again as a way to begin your journey into yoga or to pick up where you left off.

Yoga fundamentals came just at the right time in lockdown for me. I was needing a focus. I’ve done yoga for several years including an amazing week at Healthy Options but I’ve never done a beginners class. This is fulfilling everything. Your wonderful teaching and revisiting the basics will enable me to move forward with more confidence knowing that I am using the yoga breathing techniques to improve my practice. The zoom classes work so well aswell and are recorded so I can revisit and practice. The other ladies in the class are very supportive and amazingly the class bond happens virtually!thanks again. What do we mean by the term " False Beginners"?

Well maybe you haven't done any yoga for a while and feel a bit rusty around the edges or you've dabbled for many years but still feel unsure about whether you are doing things right.

When will we begin ? 26th October 10 - 11.30 am UK time Class every Monday If you cannot attend, you can access the live recorded classes at anytime during the week.

Where will we meet ? via ZOOM online platform - if you haven't used Zoom before , don't worry ! It's easy and I will walk you through it all .

How much time will I need to commit to in this Course ? 1 Class per week ( 90 min each ) + optional weekly assignment + optional weekly group discussion

What will a typical class look like / contain ? + Yoga philosophy + Asana practice + Pranayama practice + Meditation practice +Focus on correct physical alignment + understanding how energy flows ( Chakra / Nadis / Bandas/ The 5 Elements )
